Since 2014, the Modesto Art Museum has secured three pieces of public art for the city of Modesto. In the process of commissioning and installing these three pieces, the museum worked with city staff and funding from ArtPlace to craft Modesto’s first public art policy. The three works of art are bike racks in downtown Modesto.
