Art Safari 2005

In August and September 2005, artist Nathan Thies and museum director Bob Barzan made a 6000 mile art safari through 13 states and one Canadian province. We hunted for the unusual and wonderful in art and architecture and we found it in sculpture gardens, private estates, museums, galleries, and on the street. Below are photos of some of the wonderful art and architecture uncovered during the three week safari.
